Eligibility Criteria

  • We are encouraging nominations from anywhere in the United States and Canada.
  • Recipient must arrange to be present at the MITSS 10th Annual Dinner and Fundraiser to accept the award.  The event will be held on the evening of Tuesday, November 1st, 2011, at The Westin Copley Place, Boston, MA.  
  • Self-nominations will be allowed.  An independent, multi-disciplinary Selection Committee will review the nominations to ensure that each submission clearly demonstrates a direct link and alignment with the MITSS mission. 
The winner(s) will receive a $5,000 monetary prize to assist in continuing their work.

All submissions must be received by Friday, September 16th, 2011.
